Adlai brings over 27 years of leadership and training experience to his role as CEO of PathIIPeak Training. As a retired Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, he spent 15 years preparing tens of thousands of logisticians to deploy to challenging and austere environments worldwide. This experience honed his expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and team readiness under pressure.
Adlai academic credentials include a degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and a master’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, further strengthening his ability to design and deliver impactful training programs tailored to the needs of modern organizations.
At PathIIPeak Training, Adlai leverages his military background to provide corporate training solutions that empower teams, elevate leadership, and drive measurable results. His disciplined approach to problem-solving and people development ensures that organizations achieve their goals effectively and sustainably.
In addition to leading his company, Adlai is committed to giving back to the community. PathIIPeak Training partners with Habitat for Humanity and the Atlanta VA to support local veterans. Volunteering at the VA includes engaging with veterans, providing mentorship, and supporting programs designed to enhance their quality of life.
